Tender or swollen breasts or nipples are a commonly reported very early pregnancy symptoms and are one of the symptoms that may be detected the earliest. This symptom is one of the first physical changes that will happen to your body in response to a pregnancy. Breasts may feel tender, sore, tingly and even heavier as soon as two weeks after conception. The causes of this very early pregnancy symptom are changes in hormones such as estrogen to prepare your body for milk production.
