Pains such as headaches and backaches may also be considered an early pregnancy symptom. However, there may be other causes why you feel certain pains and it may be because of impending menstruation, stress, other back or mental problems, dehydration, withdrawal from caffeine, eye strain, and other possible.

Some women also experience strong food cravings during pregnancy and these cravings may or may not be an early pregnancy symptom.
