Recently i've decided to start losing 15-25 pounds via excercise and healthy eating. Does weight loss decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills? I have heard that losing weight changes your metabolism, which in turn may affect the way your body absorbs hormones from the pill. Can you please clarify for me?
